STEP 1: COME IN QUIETLY AND SIT IN YOUR ASSIGNED SEAT. STEP 2: COPY THE HOMEWORK, AND THEN PUT IT AWAY: What do we do if it’s Monday or the beginning of a new week? (IF IT’S MONDAY, OR THE BEGINNING OF A NEW WEEK, LAST WEEK’S HOMEWORK LOGS WILL BE COLLECTED, AND WE WILL GET A NEW HOMEWORK LOG FOR THE WEEK)

7. HOMEWORK COLLECTION PROCEDURES FOR MONDAY:
AFTER YOU COPY MONDAY’S WORD, PUT LAST WEEKS HW LOG IN THE MIDDLE O THE TABLE.
THE TEACHER OR A MONITOR WILL COME AROUND AND COLLECT ALL HW PILES FROM EACH TABLE.

STEP 3: FOLDER MONITORS WILL HAND OUT FOLDERS (WAIT FOR THE TEACHER)
STEP 4: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL YOUR MATERIALS READY, YOUR DO-NOW COMPLETE, AND WAIT FOR THE TEACHER TO BEGIN THE MINI LESSON.
