3. ARCS Testing Issues
On some modules VPSP=30 (instead of 35) needed to get sensible results
Lack of sensor testing data makes it difficult to determine causes of shorts due to scratches
Started testing new ARCS version 8 at UCSB
Appears to have bugs, so we will not switch
