How have county implementation teams used Engagement and Leadership behaviors to seek out and support mental health plan partners and youth and family voices, in focused implementation? When you encounter resistance from others needed to implement, what efforts are made to further or deepen the engagement? As county welfare systems train to CPM principles, values and behaviors, what are we doing to assure that MHP and Probation staff/leaders are also included? Does each county have an Integrated Leadership or governance meeting and does it meet the sufficient consistency and regularity to actually effect system change? Lisa
