1 Judicial System: Main duty is to interpret the Law. The Nation’s Federal Court System Headed by the Supreme court 9 Supreme Court justices appointed by the President. Appointed to the Supreme Court for life Legislative Branch Main duty is to make laws for the country. Made up of 2 houses - CONGRESS House of Reps Senate Pass vetoed laws from President Impeach officials Approve treaties that President has mad with other countries. Executive Branch Main duty is to enforce the laws Headed by the President Powers include: Veto or approve laws Head of the Military Appoints Supreme Court Justices. Makes Treaties with Foreign countries
