2 Pronouns?? Like saying, “We are both scared out of our minds??
Pronouns take the place of nouns. The word or phrase replaced by a pronoun is called an antecedent. Example: When Goldilocks ran away she was screaming. Goldilocks is the antecedent, she is the pronoun. Example: Little Red Riding hood put food in her basket. Little Red Riding Hood is the antecedent, her is the pronoun Pronouns?? Like saying, “We are both scared out of our minds??

Singular Plural First Person I we Second Person you WE Third Person he, she, it they

4 Object Personal Pronouns
Singular Plural First Person me us Second Person you Third Person him, her, it them ME!

5 Possessive Personal Pronouns
Singular Plural First Person my, mine our, ours Second Person you, yours your, yours Third Person his, her/hers, its their, theirs HIS!

6 What happens without Pronouns?
Listen to this story without any pronouns. Grumpy, Sleepy, Happy, Dopey, Bashful, Sneezy, and Doc were seven friends. Although Grumpy, Sleepy, Happy, Dopey, Bashful, Sneezy, and Doc were very different from one another, Grumpy, Sleepy, Happy, Dopey, Bashful, Sneezy, and Doc got along just fine.
