Have you ever picked up an everyday object and made an attempt to analyze it? Have you ever analyzed what you hold in your hand or what you wear on your feet? Using one of my favorite everyday objects, lets analyze it…
3
My object comes in a variety of colors, including, blue, orange, green, red, blue, black, and yellow. My everyday object also comes in series of tensions. These tensions are arranged according to their colors. The orange tube is one resistance and the yellow tube is another resistance. My object is also made of multiple layers of latex.
4
Are you trying to loose weight? Do you want to build more muscle? Are you attempting to recover from an injury?
5
If you answered YES to any or all three of the questions, then my everyday object is just for you. The goals of my object are to help you loose weight, build lean muscle, burn fat, and help you rehabilitate from an injury.

Each resistance band is equipped with a clip. The handles attach to each clip, allowing you to combine the bands for a super effective workout with more resistance.

Studies on elastic resistance training have shown that programs using elastic tubing, elastic bands and similar devices increase muscle strength and muscle size and decrease body fat in a similar manner to free-weight training programs1,2,4,7,9 (Stoppani, Jim PhD).
13
A study published in a 1998 issue of American Journal of Sports Medicine, reported that collegiate tennis players who trained using elastic bands increased their shoulder strength and the speed of their tennis serve12 (Treber, et al, 1998). Another study, from Louisiana State University (New Orleans), discovered that an elastic band training program strengthened the rotator cuff muscles of collegiate baseball pitchers better than a program that used free-weight dumbbells9 (Page, P.A., 1993).
14
Each Bodylastic tube is four feet long, is made of high quality latex, and has a different thickness to create different amounts of tension. The weight equivalent of each resistance is printed on the clip.

One of the most significant changes to Terrell Owens training occurred after he injured his hamstring at a game in Los Angeles. Determined to work through the injury quickly, Terrell met with one of the top trainers for the Los Angeles Lakers. The trainer recommended that Terrell being using elastic resistance bands to strengthen the injured muscle. From that point on, Terrell Owens has been training with elastic resistance. Terrell Owens joined forces with elastics Expert Blake Kassell to develop the most insane resistance Training system on the market...The Terrell Owens Super Strong Man System.
16
Surgical grade continuous dipped elastics. This method of manufacturing is similar to how candles are made. A hand dipped candle is dipped over and over into wax, which creates layers and increases the size of the candle with every dip. Thats how Super Strong Man bands are made. The elastic is run through the latex over and over creating multiple layers. This means that the elastics are smoother when you stretch them and super resistant to snapping and tearing.
17
No deficiencies. However, there is one limitation…
18
Although I am not attempting to loose weight, I lost three pounds after the first week of using the Terrell Owens Strongman. My sister, who is thirty five years old, has lost five pounds after four weeks of using Terrell Owens Strongman. She has also gone from a size ten pants to a size eight. I am stronger and faster now. I erased two minutes off my 5K run time because my legs are stronger, thanks to the Terrell Owens Super Strong Man System.
19
During the systematic approach, the Terrell Owens Super Strong Man system is being made. This was the process of dipping the bands in latex over and over to make them extremely durable. During the object analysis, the Terrell Owens Super Strong Man system has already been made. What I did was break down the Terrell Owens Super Strong Man system and inform you how they were made, what they are made of, the purposes they serve, who can benefit from using them, and what limitations they may or may not have.

Athletes, physical therapists, and YOU. The Terrell Owens Super Strong Man System. You can use the Terrell Owens Super Strong Man System anytime, because you use it in your home. At your house, at a gym, outside, anywhere you wish to use the Terrell Owens Super Strong Man System. To loose weight, gain lean muscle, or rehabilitate from an injury.
