Cinco de May “Mexican Salsa”
Ingredients: 1 ½ cups Roma diced tomatoes (about 3) ¼ cup white onion finely diced 2 tablespoons diced bell pepper (about 1) 6 springs fresh cilantro, finely diced Juice of ½ of a lime/lemon ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon of cumin powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/16 teaspoon ground black pepper Directions: In a medium bowl, combine tomato, onion, bell pepper, and cilantro. Season with lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir until evenly distributed. Serve with tortilla chips.
