(B) Histopathology revealed testicular tissue with benign Sertoli cell adenomas, entirely in the testicular parenchyma, consisting of relatively bland well-formed tubules lined by benign columnar cells. No evidence of spermatogenesis is seen in any of the structures. No malignant degeneration.
