2. Service Dogs 4 Servicemen Project
My special project at Dgtalweb was to make a new website for a non-for-profit organization name Service dogs 4 servicemen which trains rescue or donated dogs  to be placed with US Military Veterans in need of PTSD Support and/or mobility Assistance.

4. New WordPress Be/Biker Theme
Find a WordPress theme template to use a starting point….

5. Find Inspiration
Look for inspiration for effective military charity websites

6. Add Photoshop (First draft) Create a home page mockup with Photoshop.
First draft did not work for us

7. Try Again (Second draft)
Second draft, a little better but not quite there.

Third Time’s a Charm

Third draft done with help from my mentor / boss.
And implemented on the development website.
Including all other pages with revised content from the old website and photos from the organization’s Facebook page.
Currently, we are waiting for the customer’s feedback

9. Tools of the Trade Some of the tools we use to implement the project.
Mainly photoshop for photos manipulation and custom CSS to over-write the theme’s default setting.
Another great tool we used was the Inspect function in Google Chrome, you can preview changes on the fly without making changes to the site.
