users can be asked for their opinion on:
how well the system is performing
how they think it could be improved
to assess the performance of the system:
is the data-entry system working efficiently and accurately?
is there still sufficient storage for new data?
is the data is being processed efficiently?
is the technology still useful for the job?
to ensure that system does not get out-of-date
has any new legislation been introduced
might affect the recording /processing of data
