Palmitoylation is a process where a 16‐carbon fatty acid palmitate, synthesized by FASN, is covalently attached to proteins. Pharmacological inhibition of FASN by Orlistat inhibits EGFR palmitoylation and restricts tumor cell survival. Azhar Ali et al.
