Standard Method
This method allows presentation to be resized to user preference.

3. Purpose: To review and print DP07 New Bus Preparation workorders scheduled for your county.

4. Three transactions are required to complete this procedure:

IW42
IW32

5. Selection & Printing
IW38

6. Your screen should look similar to the example at the right.
From the SAP R/3 Easy Access screen box type IW38 or
from your favorites menu, select transaction IW38 – Change PM Orders

7. Change PM Orders: Selection of Orders
A new window opens:

Order Status:
ü Outstanding
ü In process
Order Selection:
Order Type = DP07
Main work center = Techwork
Plant for Work Center = Your Plant code.
Period = Clear both fields
Click Execute icon

8. Change PM Orders: List of Orders
A new window opens:

Tip: If there is only one order you will skip automatically to the slide.
To select the appropriate workorder; click on the box to the left of the order number.
Click Details icon

From the top menu hover the mouse over “Extras” this will display a dropdown list. Hover the mouse over “Task List Selection” a second dropdown list will produce; double click on the “General task lists.”

Click the Execute Icon

Delete operation 0010
Click on the box to the left of the activity number 0010.
Click the Delete row icon at the bottom of the screen.
Click Yes on the Confirmation Prompt that appears.

Plant Number
Change the plant on the remaining TD-15 operations from 6000 to your plant number. Accomplish this task by clicking in the field and merely typing your Plants four digit code.
Click the Save icon to record changes.

Print the Workorder
Click on Order in the left corner of the screen. Scroll-down and hover over “Print.” Scroll to the right and click on “Order.”

15. A new window opens:
Select Shop Papers
Print the Workorder
Click on button. The software will return you back to the original screen. Press the <ESC> key twice to return to the main menu.

from your favorites menu, select transaction IW42 – Overall Completion Confirmation

18. A new window opens:
Overall Completion
Confirmation
Input:
Personnel Number
Activity Work
Cause
Click the Save icon to record changes. Press <ESC> once to return to main menu.

19. Technical Complete

from your favorites menu, select transaction IW32 – Overall Completion Confirmation

21. A new window opens:
Change Order:
Initial Screen
Input:
Order = Workorder number
Press <Enter> to open.

22. Change DPI New Vehicle Prep 6700######: Central Header

Change DPI New Vehicle Prep 6700######: Central Header
Click <Order> in the upper left hand corner. Scroll down hover over “Functions” – scroll right hover over “Complete” – scroll right, click <Complete (technically)>.

23. A new window opens:
Complete
Enter the appropriate Reference date for when the New Bus Prep was completed.
Click the Continue icon to record changes.
Press the <ESC> key to return to main menu.
