Introduction Effective communication can change the overall scenario of an organization. In order to run a business nicely one must know the basic tactics of communication. It is crucial to communicate effectively in negotiations to ensure the company achieve its goal. So we have chosen a company named Panshi Knit Ltd. to analysis their existing business communication process and strategies they follow.

Organizational Overview
Considering the availability of skilled and cheap work force in Bangladesh the management of Panshi knit started their journey with the name of Panshi Knit Ltd. since Gradually it has expanded its production to knit and sweater sector. To start any export order development of Panshi Knit Ltd. the information, demands and details of export are exchange between the customer and merchandiser by communication process.

Organizational Overview
Customer communicates with their requirements or expectations with seller by providing standard manuals and style specific documents like specific sheet, bill of materials etc. Moreover as we are informed by the HR Manager of Panshi Knit, communication with workers about their job responsibility in the Garments site is also formal. They do it by giving out contracts which are basically written communication with terms and condition.

Mission: The mission of Panshi Knit Ltd. is to set a new benchmark in the field of ready made garments industry in Bangladesh, for their customers, stakeholders and employees. Vision: Their vision is to develop themselves as the No. 1 ready made garments factory in Bangladesh with their continuous labors. They will do this by assuring the highest-quality standards and keep the customers satisfied with materials and services.

1.Communication through employee welfare department: The workers can go to the welfare department and can tell about their problem verbally also they can give a written form of the problem. 2.Using notice board for communication: Notice board is a traditional medium of communication and it is very useful tool of communication process for Panshi knit garment.

3.Digital communication through social media/internet: Panshi knit garment always tries to keep up date with modern technologies or social media for a better and effective communication process. 4.Confidential or secret communication: Panshi knit garment can keep secret with the confidential communications that’s why workers are very satisfied with the communication process.

The system of registering the names of workers:They have their own register book where they always register the worker’s name, information, complains, numbers, time of complaining etc for keeping a record or prove. Mainly, the register book is used only for internal communication of Panshi knit garment.
