In July came to discuss your experience of bus services in Derbyshire, the key issues you raised were
Fares/cost of travel
Reliability of service
Lack of information on services

3. What happened since
Further consultation on what should go into buses plan with other interest groups
Detailed discussions with bus companies on the plan
Final plan expected to be published in March/April
However somethings are already happening on the ground

5. Sign locations Red – 70 signs already installed
Blue- 48 signs to go before end of March

6. Apps
Current Hugo provided by Trent Barton being updated
Will also provide real time information for other bus companies including TM Travel, Stagecoach and Arriva

7. Improving reliability
Work now going on to link real time information feed to traffic signals
Will give priority to late running buses
First site in place in the spring
