How to handle missing data?
Questions raised: If an acceptor doesn’t want to give me the information for next step due to confidentiality data, what options do I have to complete the report ? One of my companies are traders and they give me a document with the information for the next step, but not the name of the final acceptor, can I register them (traders) for final steps?

Confidential data ... ... how to complete a report?
(first step) treatment partner is responsible to provide all data ... keep on trying to get data..., in case change acceptor ... sign confidentiality agreement option to set a ‘task’ to the acceptor of the fraction <> acceptor has to get WF-RepTool access + must be willing to fulfil task – TP is still responsible that task will be fulfilled finish report with best estimations ... est. yield, technology ... apply worst case scenario*) if no info on final technology Add best estimations: determine the composition of ‘your fraction’ if you know the technology of the acceptor: estimate yield of fractions and/or the use in the final technology if you don’t know technology: use most applicable technology in country of delivery *) for not metals

Register traders for final steps?
NO – not to register traders as final acceptor/s <> we ask for physical operators! to complete the report?: insert information on next step treatment provided (e.g. yield of fractions <> composition of fractions, technology /ies used …) insert as final acceptor: ‘no information by acceptor’ (! use any uniform term in your reports – then you may search/sort for it + add data when provided) see also FAQs: What can I do if the 'waste collector' / 'trader' does not tell the name of the acceptor/s? What can I do if I do not know the final technology?
