2. The castle has floor area of 1,200 m2 with the living area well preserved, the wing where the garage and technical rooms are situated requires some repair. The facade needs re-painting.

7. The chateau is situated in a forest some 300 meters from the main road a couple of km from the Spa town of Marianske Lazne and close to Marienbad at the German border. There is electricity, telephone, own water source.
