4 Figure 3 Inframammary tissue advancement. A. Pre-operative marking showing area to be de-epithelialised around area of skin necrosis, and the inframammary area released to allow tissue advancement. B. Following de-epithelialisation which creates a keel of healthy tissue the implant is removed to allow debridement and release of inframammary tissue. C.
