Assessment Needs Analysis
STAGE 3 = TRAINEE (Review updates on ANA document) This is the final step of the ANA one-on-one discussion preparation processes. Trainee to review if Evaluator made any comments or changes in Record of Hours &/ Section 2. Trainee to review all changes made in SECTION ensure that Evaluator For each competency updated the ratings based on this ANA periods Skill reviews and indicated overall rating level achieved by Trainee to date Are there any competencies with “Mark for Discussion” &/or Development Needs. Trainee should indicate all topics that needs to be specifically addressed during the One-On-One discussion and give relevant comments.

Trainee: Complete ANA Section 1
1. The Trainee should log on to LTS and under OPEN ITEMS select the open ANA. Section 1: Trainee to Review the Evaluator’s assigned ratings, comments, development needs and competencies marked for final sign off & mark discussion points This is a quality check to ensure all competencies is correctly updated for this ANA period. Trainee can indicate specific discussion points (where issue with rating etc.) and add comments. 2. Trainee to review Core hours (if any changes) and if comments added by Evaluator for Section 2.

Electronic signoff suffice - Document closed, just require Assessor Review and Sign offs ANA finalised between Evaluator and Trainee (LTS Status = CLOSED) BUT ANA still requires Assessor Sign Off. If any competencies marked as ready for final sign off then Assessor should sign off ASAP before trainee start with new Skill review. SAICA: Assessor must validate the quality of the document and sign off on ANA before next ANA is initiated. KPMG Requirement = … ?
