Standard Method This method allows presentation to be resized to user preference. Slide Show Method (Example below) Presentation fills entire screen Click on Slide Show tab at top of screen Click icon <From Beginning> Note: Either method; to advance click the progression arrow in the bottom right corner of each slide or press the down-arrow key.

Issuing Material to Completed Workorder Instructor: Stephen Wright DPI Technical Consultant

Purpose: To issue additional materials to a workorder after the workorder has been completed.

Three transactions are required to complete this procedure:

Your screen should look similar to the example at the right.
From the SAP R/3 Easy Access screen box type MIGO or from your favorites menu, select transaction MIGO – Goods Movement Your screen should look similar to the example at the right.

Goods Issue Order – Username
A new window opens: Goods Issue Order – Username Input/Select the following: 1st Matchcode = Goods Issue 2nd Match code = Order GI for order = 261 Workorder number = workorder to be changed. Press <Enter> key. Tip: A message “Document 6########## does not contain any selectable items” may appear; ignore it.

A new window opens: Goods Issue Order – Username Click on the New Item icon Tip: This will open the grid to allowing data input. If the detail data is maximized click on the Detail Data icon t minimize the tabs.

A new window opens: Goods Issue Order – Username Input the following: Material Short Text = Nine digit DOT material number Quantity in UnE = Quantity to be issued. EUN = Unit of Measure Plant = Four digit code Sloc = Four digit code Cost Center = Order = Workorder assigning to.

Goods Issue Order – Username
A new window opens: Goods Issue Order – Username Tip: Material, Plant, and Storage Location is converted to descriptions when the <Enter> key is pressed. Click the button to verify all entries. If all is good a message will display at the bottom of the screen. Click Save icon to record changes. Press <ESC> to return to main menu.
