3. Elite Virtual Gift Bag/Aggregated Marketing Platform Agreement

with the words “I Agree” in the body of your .
Charity agrees to:
Understand the Charity is solely responsible for attaining additional sponsors to add to the EVGB
Distribute the Elite Virtual Gift Bag link to all participants on the day of the event
Pay $10 per registered participant to EET, two weeks prior to the event or upon receipt of invoice
EET agrees to provide the following:
Create a custom EVGB link for Charity’s event no less than (3) business days prior to event
Include unlimited number of Charity’s sponsors in their custom EVGB
Work with Charity’s sponsors to coordinate logos, gift/offers and redemption instructions
Assistance in training volunteers to distribute the EVGB link at event
