2. Types of Events Performance: in-person at conferences, panel of judges
Online: online test during the school day (Dec. 1st or 4th)
Skills: online testing (Nov. 27-Dec. 6)
Technical Submissions: submit your videos/reports
deadlines will be provided

3. Competition Packets
All interested competitors will receive a packet with important details and information about your competition.
We will send a Remind to advise when packets are ready for pick up- based on sign in sheet.
Last date to sign up for competition is October 27th .
Deadline to confirm competition October 28th.
Confirmation slips will be delivered by October 31st
MPP will be available from 10/19-11/3

4. Conferences Regional Leadership Conference (RLC)
Wednesday, January 17th 2018
Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, GA
Time: 3:15-9:00pm
State Leadership Conference (SLC)
March 23-25th 2018
Hyatt Regency Atlanta
Only students competing in a performance event or an officer may attend
National Leadership Conference (NLC)
June 28th -July 1st
Baltimore, MD

5. Conferences Transportation for Region is not provided by the school
The $20.00 fee does cover the event , conference and includes a Chick-fil-A dinner- if attending actual conference
Professional Dress (not business casual) is required to attend the conference
Some events may require the GA FBLA official dress

6. Incentives Points/Honor Cord Experience Medals at RLC for top placers

7. Dues Regional dues are $20
Due by November 3rd on MPP
Fundraise!!
If you advance, State dues will be $65 for testers and $75 for attendees
Again, FUNDRAISE!
NLC will be around $145
We will talk about NLC after RLC!

Don’t wait until the last minute to practice
You may also check with me or other teachers at the school who teach the subject i.e Marketing, Business Math, Personal Finance, Economics- you may be able to check out a book to use to study.
