1.- Royal Decree 97/2014 of 14 February, which regulates the transport of dangerous goods by road in Spanish territory 2.- FOM / 2924/2006, of 19 September, regulating the minimum content of the Annual Report for the transport of dangerous goods by road, rail or inland waterway. 3.- FOM / 605/2004 of 27 February on professional training of safety advisers for the transport of dangerous goods by road, rail or inland waterway 4.- RIMP RED ITINERARY DANGEROUS GOODS (Motorways, Roads)

4 Main points of this RD 97/201:
1.- ROYAL DECREE 97/ which regulates the transport of dangerous goods by road in Spanish territory Main points of this RD 97/201: PSICS - Article 30. Individual Security Parameter for the Safety Adviser The Individual Security Parameter of the DGSA, is defined as the sum of the security values granted to the companies for which it is designated. This value is attributed to each company due to the probability of accidents or incidents occurring depending on the number of people involved in the operations carried out with dangerous goods, considering as such those of packaging, loading, unloading and transport. Remarks: DGSA will be limited in their activity. PSICS of DGSA, is defined as the sum of the security granted to the companies for which it is designated

B) Article 32-TECHNICAL EVALUATION REPORT According to article 31 and 32 of Royal Decree 97/2014 regulating the transport of dangerous goods by road in Spanish territory, which establishes the requirement to carry out at least one initial visit and one per year “TECHNICAL EVALUATION REPORT”

7 Check List for each operation Loading / Unloading of dangerous goods
1. Documentation. ─ Special authorization of the driver. ─ ADR certificate, if the vehicle must carry it. ─ Cleaning document (required for loading). 2. Vehicle equipment condition. ─ Fire extinguishers. ─ General and individual protection equipment, included in the written instructions according to the ADR. ─ Devices to facilitate the stowage, manipulation, propping or blocking of packages

Pre-load checks. ─ Visual check of the good condition of the vehicle or container and its equipment. ─ Absence of previous cargo remains. ─ Withdrawal of previous cargo marking. ─ Immobilization of the vehicle. ─ Ground connection, if necessary. ─ Existence of the relevant safety equipment at the loading station. ─ Absence of work incompatible with safety in the vicinity of the place of loading. ─ Calculation of the degree of filling and the corresponding maximum load in tanks. ─ Adequate internal atmosphere in cisterns. ─ Stopped engine ─ Absence of defects in packaging. ─ Marking and labeling of packages. ─ Expiration date of plastic containers. ─ Conditioning of the pallets. ─ …………………………………………………………………….

Others controls ─ Checking the good cargo stowage ─ Check pressure, if applicable. ─ Placing of danger labels. ─ Placement of orange panels with adequate numbering. ─ Final visual inspection of the condition of the tank service equipment. ─ Checking the correct closing of doors or cargo ports. ─ Letter of loading of dangerous goods. ─ Discharge of leftovers, if any.

Every year the General Direction of Traffic publishes the itinerary network of Dangerous Goods. In general the trucks must be go by: 1.- Motorways (Zool) 2.- Highway 3.- Road bypas 4.- National Roads
