I . The general introduction: 2 parts Internal Genital Organs: gonad--- ovaries , ducts --- uterine tubes, uterus vagina accessory glands--- greater vestibular gland External genital organs: vulva or female pudendum

Ⅳ. Uterus: The features: inverted pear shaped 3 portions: the fundus the body the cervix--- 2 parts: supravaginal part vaginal part * isthmus

Ⅳ. Uterus: The portion and relations: ---in the lesser pelvis --- anteriorly: urinary bladder, vesicouterine pouch --- posteriorly: sigmoid colon, rectum, rectouterine pouch --- inferiorly: vagina --- anteversion --- anteflexion:

Ⅳ. Uterus: suports of uterus: --- The broad ligaments of uterus: mesovarium mesosalpinx mesometrium --- The round ligaments --- cardinal ligaments --- uterosacral ligaments

Ⅵ. female pudendum: mons pubis greater and lesser lips vaginal vestibule : vaginal orifice, external orifice of the urethra orifices of the greater vestibular glands clitoris and hymen Ⅶ. Greater vestibular glands

Ⅷ. The Mammae in Female: Location features: nipple, areolar glands, Structure: 15~20 lobes of mammary gland --- lactiferous duct --- lactiferous sinus fibrous connective tissue and fat --- suspensory ligaments (Cooper’s ligment)
