2. Aims of the groups
To provide social opportunities for children and young people with additional needs to meet with each other outside of school.
To provide opportunities, advice and awareness raising for older young people with physical disabilities in main stream schools around life skills and transition to adulthood.

9. Independent Life Skills Group:
To offer young people advice and raise awareness on support and services which are available post 16.
To offer young people work ‘tasters’ and share experiences of a variety of work areas.
To learn with peers with similar experiences.
