3. Next Steps... Established a ‘Case For Change Group’- Strategic Group
Met with Loch View staff to advise them of future plans
Prepare a paper for the NHS Board and both Integration Joint Boards - developed by the ‘Case For Change Group’
Developed a ‘Delayed Discharge Group’- Operational Group

4. Challenges... ‘Case for Change Group’ - monthly
-Anxiety around the viability of the service, job security
-Carers anxiety
-Time pressure - 9 months

-Understanding of roles(why am I here?)
-Some felt that their work was being criticised
-Some felt that meetings were too often and time constraints were too tight.

Clear message to all staff (regular updates, ‘drop in’ sessions)
No redundancy policy- Staff Side Reps involved
Opportunity to do things differently (in reach/ outreach)
Meetings with carers/ some patients (SALT involved)
