Label a sheet of paper “Exponent Test Corrections”
You will watch the video links on the next slide and do your test corrections in that order. For example the first link is a video on Multiplying expressions with the same base and it lists test items: # 11, 12-17, 25, 27 So, if you missed any of these questions, you will re-work them after watching the video. Then, you will go to the next video and so forth.
4
Video Playlist- Watch the video, then attempt to correct the problems that match this skill on your test. Multiplying Expressions (test #11, 12-17, 25, 27) Dividing Expressions (test #9, 21, 28) Power to a Power (test #7, 8, 10, 20, 23, 24, 26,) Negative Exponents to positive exponents (test #6, 9, 12-17, 18, 19, 22) Some of these have already been worked, but you may have to use the NEGATIVE EXPONENT rule to put in simplest form.

“Exponent Test Corrections”
I do not have videos for the review and last page, please attempt these again. Remember the formulas for Area of squares and rectangles: Area = length * width When you finish all test corrections, please turn those in with your test onto the green cart.
6
Study Island Let’s see if you have the rules down now. Login to StudyIsland.com Take the EXPONENT TEST for a grade. You need a piece of paper-we cannot do exponents in our heads. So, write down the problem show work, and circle your solution. Label this paper “Study Island Exponent Test” and turn in on green cart in a new stack.
