Log in to MyACN for Representatives
Select the My Website link from the left hand side of the Home page
Select the menu option under Manage my Leads/Prospects named Send Video

First select whether you are sending a video to Friends and Family or just an Acquaintance

Select the message you wish to send. There are different template options depending on whether you chose to send a message to Friends and Family or an Acquaintance. You can also edit or write your own message if you prefer

You will then need to complete your prospect’s information with their name, phone number (optional) and address

Choose a Lead Status based on the level of interest the prospect has in the ACN Opportunity
You can also add your own personal notes to each lead

A preview screen will show up with the message and link that you will need to copy and paste into your own program, either an ACN account, Outlook or other web based system

The selected video will be sent as a link in the to your prospect

When your prospect clicks on the link it will take them to a stand-alone web page which displays the video and your personal contact information

14. How to see the Lead/Prospects Report
Return to your MyACN for Representatives page and click on Leads/Prospects Report under the heading Manage my Leads/Prospects

The top right-hand corner provides the Legend for the report
Each prospect is colour coded depending on how new the lead is

16. How to see the Lead/Prospects Report
The Action icons on the left-hand side of the report next to your prospect’s name show you if you wish to send a follow up or view their contact details
The Leads Status Icons let you keep track of your new, warm and hot leads

17. How to see the Lead/Prospects Report
You can see which video your prospect received and how many times the video was opened and how much of the video was viewed

18. How to see the Lead/Prospects Report
You can also see the date and time that the Video was sent
You can also print this report

You can also send another Video directly from this screen by clicking on Add a New Prospect

You can also receive an alert when the Video you sent has been viewed
To set this up, select Update My Information under the heading Manage My Website from your MyACN for Representatives page
