At your final observation
Assuming all is well … The Certification of Teaching Capacity (CTC) will be signed by you, the CT, the US, and the principal. You should also initial the bottom of the first two pages of the CTC. Make a copy to keep. US keeps the original CTC. Your CT/Principal may also request a copy.

Before final conference
Make sure you have uploaded everything in TaskStream: Required coursework submissions – see - go to subheading “Department Guides – Courses that Submit Evidences in TaskStream” EE 6 A/B: (if applicable – all pieces not required by all programs) Completed edTPA as per instructions that will be provided following the Pearson submission deadline.

Usually occurs during the week of commencement (Mon, Tues, or Wed) You will receive s asking you to complete surveys on your CT, US, and program. Do not delete the s! The link to the survey is in the s. Although the s look exactly the same, each one is linked to a different survey. Surveys must be completed BEFORE you meet with your supervisor for the final conference.

Paperwork for final conference
Paperwork for the final conference: The original CTC signed form (your supervisor will have it from your last observation). Passing Licensure scores REQUIRED Licensure Status Checklist – your US will have a copy for you. It will be completed by your US during the conference. You will be given the original and your US will keep a copy.

What happens next? Use checklist for documentation until you get your from TEAL. Takes 3-4 weeks for TEAL to process applications; once your information is verified (TaskStream, dept.), TEAL sends your recommendation to DPI. You will receive an from TEAL when this has occurred.
