12. Positioning Patient Erect or supine
Place side of interest closest to IR for Posterior
Place side of interest away from IR if anterior
Rotate patient 45 degrees so injury is away from spine.
Raise arm on injury side out of the way
Align midway between spine and lateral margin of the side of interest to Midline of bucky.

13. CR is perpendicular

Area of interest mid way between
Lateral margin of ribs and spine
