1 WorkWise Network – Who We Are
We are a specialised recruiting firm dealing in technical resources for companies. We recruit into all levels of IT niche areas from junior staff to director level with personnel in place to specialise in each department. We provide Permanent, Temporary and Contract resources offering tailor made packages to clients. WorkWise personnel are former Professional IT resources who have worked worldwide on projects. A group who have interacted within several different industries in the IT sector.

2 Why Use WorkWise Network
We have over 20 years experience in the IT Industry. We use an efficient End to End cycle for candidate selection from HR review to Technical exams using our devised formula. WorkWise have a strict policy to meet all potential candidates Face to Face. All WorkWise personnel are averse in technical terms and ability being former IT personnel All Resourcing requirements are catered for. Our feedback shows the calibre of client we present is of the correct standard required.

3 How We Work with Clients
Firstly, Clients are met at a location and time of their convenience to discuss all matters of the role. Full circle of data is taken away and assessed as part of our recruiting drive for a list of potential candidates. Potential candidates list is summarised to aid the client. An understanding of how the client works with resourcing is undertaken to put into place a relationship to last. We take on extra responsibilities for the client if required. Tailor made packages are in place to suit the clients needs Client is kept up to date on a real time basis

4 How We Work with Candidates
We analyse all applicants or suitable contacts for the role advertised initially by telephone. Next we meet applicants face to face. (WorkWise will travel to meet the applicant at their required location and cater for this need at all times) Full vetting process takes place on both the HR and Technical techniques. This will include a short technical examination on the area recruiting for which is devised from client specifications All candidates are assessed in line with the specific role available taking all other aspects into account such as personal situation, geography, personality and other factors.

5 How WorkWise differs from competitors
We physically go to the Client and assess all Details. We physically go to the Candidate and assess all Details. We work around resources time schedules to fit their plans day/night Inc. weekends. WorkWise employees are former IT resources. Technical vetting is set from previous experience. Full circle assessment is taken from candidates for client benefit. Candidate analysis will be priority listed and summarised. Candidate/Client meetings are at WorkWise expense
