Fig. 2 CT scan with gastrograffin showing: portal hypertension, splenomegaly, thickening of the mesenterium, multiple lymph nodes around the terminal ileus, terminal ileal narrowing with prestenotic intestinal distension and thickening of the cecal wall, inflammation of the surrounding fat and thickening of the fasciae.
