for administrial, technical, security and AAI contact persons Web based (webropol) This year about 69% (year 2012: 70%) of Funet organisations (total 80) answered Universities: 100% (88%) Polytechnics aka. Universities of Applied Sciences: 80% (88%) Other member organisations: 49% (45%)

3 More facts Different reports from Webropol for different needs
• Example: CERT team needs to know, how security related people answered • Example: I want to know how universities answered compared to what polytechnics answered • As a result of these needs we produce about 20 different reports for helping the analysis We use this survey to get the customer’s feeling of service quality but also for planning the future services etc.
