Creating Advertisements using SiVA 11
This feature will allow you to set the job specifications that LiNa, our job matching system, will use to match your vacancy with candidates in the JobStreet.com database. Matched candidates will be sent an encouraging them to apply online to your vacancy.
This feature will also allow you to confirm your ad content to ensure that you attract suitable candidates.
How to create an advertisement?
Step 1 of 3
A) Go to the Advertisements tab
B) Click on Create Advertisement
C) Fill ithe position’s requirements in their respective sections.
NOTE: This information is needed for LiNa matching purposes.
D) Click on the Step 2 or Next button to continue.
A. Go to “Advertisements” tab
B. Click “Create Advertisement”
D. Once filled, click either:
“Step 2” button (top of the page) or “Next” button (bottom page)
C. Fill in position’s requirements

You may opt to include a job-related question and/or an online test, but this may also lead to a lower response.
Auto-reject & Ranking
You may also set auto-reject criteria and ranking for your advertisement for additional filtering (e.g. age range, gender, work authorization).

Correctly select/edit on:
A) Choosing a design template
B) Fill in the write-up on your Company Introduction, Position Requirements, Position Responsibilities and Advertisement Footer.
C) Choose the package to use (if you have more than one package)
* To go back to the criteria pages, click on the Step 1 or the Step 2 button.
* To preview the advertisement, click on the Preview Ad button.
* To save the advertisement without posting it, click on the Save button.
* To post it, click on the Post button.
A. Choose a design template
B. Fill in the write-ups
C. Choose a package to use (if you have more than one package)
After previewing your ad, Save or Post your advertisement

After saving or posting the advertisement, you may review it from the List Advertisements link.
In the List Advertisements page under Advertisements, there are various actions that can be performed:
a) view your advertisements by clicking on the position name
b) post and edit an advertisement
c) repost a posted advertisement
d) delete a saved advertisement
e) deactivate a posted advertisement
