Consortium: National networks in 16 European countries.
4/25/2019 Consortium: National networks in 16 European countries. ESFRI Roadmap: 2008 Aim: Establishment of a distributed pan-European infrastructure of open-access screening platforms for chemical biology in all areas of the life sciences. Objectives: Integration of high-throughput screening platforms, chemical libraries, chemical expertise and resources for hit optimization, bio-informatics support, and a database. Output: Quality probes to enable researchers. Timeline: First call for proposals in end-2017. Users: Biologists (cell, molecular, plant, microbiologists) who provide assays and collaboratively develop novel tool compounds for their targets-of-interests. Chemists providing compounds to be screened against a wide range of biological assays to identify biological activities of their compounds.
