2. Guidelines Review 2014 No fundamental concerns with the guidelines.
No requirement for any modifications proposals (to the UNC) as a result of the review? Amendments to the guidelines are anticipated though and these can be agreed by the Workgroup and Offtake Committee (as amendments to the Guidelines).
The principle of “the ITE’s decision is final” must be maintained.

3. Guidelines Review 2014
The flow of the guidelines (words and pictures) is not always clear – separating out each scenario and carrying it through from beginning to end would be useful (e.g. from the decision point of what type of error it is) the process should continue from that point right through to the conclusion of that type of error.
Appointment of two experts – seek feedback information on how this worked in practice and any thoughts offered by the ITEs themselves.
