1 For Such A Time As This Esther 4:13-14

2 Esther 4:13-14 Then Mordecai commanded to answer Esther, Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king's house, more than all the Jews. 14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

3 Have you ever faced a time in your life where your circumstances just seemed plain awful? Like things could not get any worse, only to get worse. Maybe you are in a marriage where it seems your spouse just doesn’t care about you. Maybe you have faced death in your family and think, I just can’t do this. Maybe you are in a financial hardship that is really no fault of your own and you wonder, “God, what are you doing?”

4 Maybe you are facing medical conditions or problems that seem just overwhelming and you think, “God, where are you?” I want to tell you that often in the midst of difficult circumstances, God is busy working behind the scenes and wants to use you do the extraordinary even in the midst of your circumstance, even if we can’t see Him working. Often, it is only after the fact that we see His Mighty hand.

5 What GOD Teaches us to be prepared “for such a time as this”.

6 #1 Listen To God Matt. 3:13-17 God said Jesus was His Son.
Matt. 17: God said ‘Hear ye him” John 5:39,40 Acts 17:11 2 Tim. 3:14-17 Read your Bible for yourself! Pay attention to God!

7 #2 Believe God Heb. 11:6 Mk.16:15,16 John 6: “Peter said: ‘we believe’ John 8:24 Unless you believe that I am , ye shall die in Your sins. (Will you die in your sins?)

8 #3 Obey God Jesus did. Heb. 5:8,9 Saul did not. I Sam. 15:23-24

9 Some people never seem motivated to participate, but are just
  TATER PEOPLE: Some people never seem motivated to participate, but are just content to watch while others do the work. They are called “Spec Taters“. Some people never do anything to help, but are gifted at finding fault with the way others do the work. They are called “Comment Taters“. Some people are very bossy and like to tell others what to do, but don’t want to dirty their own hands. They are called “Dick Taters“.

10 Some people are always looking to cause problems by asking others to agree with them. It is too hot or too cold, too sour or too sweet. They are called “Agie Taters“. There are those who say they will help, but somehow just never get around to actually doing the promised help. They are called “Hezzie Taters“.  Then there are those who love others and do what they say they will. They are always prepared to stop whatever they are doing and lend a helping hand. They bring sunshine into the lives of others. They are called “Sweet Taters“

whose mind is stayed on you,
because he trusts in you.
Trust in the Lord forever,
for the Lord God is an everlasting rock. Isaiah 26:3-4 He is glorified when people trust in Him and obey Him. When we do that, we find contentment in life

13 Esther was a good example to others.
God is glorified when people trust in Him and obey Him. When we do that, we find contentment in life Matt. 5:16 Rememvber..your light! Acts 4:12,13 They noted: they had been with Jesus I Pet. 3: Wives,win husbands by the way you live

14 A person who is beautiful on the inside is truly a person who stands out in a crowd

15 Rev. 2:10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer
Rev.2:10 Do not be afraid of what you are about to suffer. I tell you, the devil will put some of you in prison to test you, and you will suffer persecution for ten days. Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life. I Cor. 15:19If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. But our hope is not for this life only. It is for eternity. And when we keep our eyes on Christ, Looking up to him, He will strengthen us to endure and even find contentment in any circumstance, even in the face of death. Philippians 4:12-13 I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13 I can do everything through him who gives me strength

17 To live for Jesus Christ, ‘for such a time as this!”
Why are we here? To live for Jesus Christ, ‘for such a time as this!”
