Disability Support Service
The DSS promotes an inclusive educational environment, where independent learning and the development of skills that are transferable is encouraged. Students with Disabilities – 5.2% of the total Student Population 756 students registered with the CIT DSS in , 643 in (608 full time, 148 part time (253 new registrations)) Pre-entry, Entry and Post-entry Supports 20/04/2019 CIT Access Service

Mature Students Mature Students are defined as those over 23 or over on the 1st January of their year of entry to HE. It has been national access policy since to target support for those mature students who have not previously benefitted from higher education and who enter college to complete a full time course. 20/04/2019 CIT Access
