Topics for Discussion Third Party Reporting Report Smith & Access
Browser Access (NED vs. XML) Time frame for Cutover Hardware Considerations Functionality Differences Third Party Reporting Separate Core Team (members from all 3 core teams) Test daily/monthly/yearly production Report Smith and Access reports Repairing broken reports Test Lab Browser Access (Ned vs. XML) Hardware Considerations Disk Sizer Mark Deutsh IBM Review Can Oracle make the upgrade more efficient timewise? New machine scheduled for summer. Functionality Differences HR/PR – Not much – Exchange – CAN Currency is the big one – doesn’t affect us MM/AP – Matching re-write FIN – (AM) Balances stored by periods, Reinstate Disposals, Mass Adjustment (GL) Templates for subaccounts and Aus. Provides efficient way to add Aus and sub accts to another company. – this really doesn’t help us…but is a nice feature Ability to drill from AU to only those accounts that are active for that AU.
