4. THE ADMISSION PROCESS FOR GRADE 6 Application deadline is December 7 A lottery will be held every year. Boundary option students from Lockhart, blackshear & Macgregor elementary have to fill out the application for student transfer and are automatically accepted. Parents may submit a paper application, or apply online at ***Transportation will be requested for all students residing in HISD.
