Gracious and Loving God, you are the God of forgiveness, healing, and understanding, and you expect the same of us. Unfortunately, we are not like that.

People curse us, and instead of praying for them, we curse them back. You ask us to share our may, and often unearned, blessings with others, and we refuse.

Psalm 37:1-11
