3. Possible Study Questions:
What are the indicators of authorized donor utilization?
What are the timeframes at which authorized donors become non-recovered donors?
Do changes to donor management impact the outcome of authorized donors?
Are just the kidneys and liver in focus? Separately?
Measure all patients that could likely donate at least one organ to save someone’s life.
Implement process improvement on the ones that didn’t previously count.
Eliminate “at least they weren’t declared” from our and our partner hospital vernacular.
