Particles in a liquid are packed closely together but can move around each other freely
Properties of liquids
Surface tension is an inward pull that brings molecules closer together.
Viscosity describes how easily a liquid flows.

4. How Do You Describe A Gas?
Particles in a gas spread out to fill the container.
