Fistulogram demonstrates a dilated hemivagina. The lower arrow illustrates the position of the fallopian tube catheter in the fistulous tract of the right hemivagina. The middle arrow shows a constricted area in the mid right hemivagina, which at surgery was discovered to be an area of circumferential narrowing caused by an adhesive band. The upper arrow reveals the areas of the upper vagina and cervix.
