The two axes indicating the true resistant/susceptible rate and the false resistant/susceptible rate were crossed perpendicular to each other, with 0% in the center and 100% at the distal end, and the true susceptible/resistant rates and false susceptible/resistant rates of the MTBDRsl were connected. Blue line, compared with DST; red line, compared with sequencing. The greater the false rate, the broader the extent along the horizontal axis. Percentages reported in red indicate the sensitivity/specifity compared with sequencing. Percentages reported in black indicate the sensitivity/specifity compared with DST.
