Contract Master, Godown Master
Contains different types of Parties and account related ledgers. User can assign credit days and credit amount limit for making invoices.
Different Party wise, Station wise or Taluka wise or District wise rate contract can be prepared.
Rate can be calculate on different bases like
KM per Rate, MT per Rate , MT * KM per Rate,
Fixed, Slab wise Extra etc.
Some of the Contracts rates to be considered godown wise. So godown wise different duration wise loading, unloading, handling charges can be defined. Different godown wise item wise Opening Stock also can be defined in this godown master.
Truck Master
Truck Master Contains Our as well as Market (Out Side) Truck Details with Truck no, Engine No ,it’s account ledger, truck type ( our / outside )
Our Truck Details modules keeps records of insurance, RTO, Permit, National Permit, PUC, Fitness with its expiry date.
Rate Master
Contract wise Station wise KM and its Rate for billing cycle to be define in this master.
Station Master
