PROJECT PROFIL.
AGKILAM has policy that the farm should get revenue from their farm daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly. So our team follow this practice firmly therefore the farm head of the team will plan the crop cultivation accordingly. We design a complete integrated farm in grow flowers, vegetables, fruits, exotic vegetables in poly house, dairy, Goat, poultry ,livestock, and fish farming. In the farm Poultry, cows and buffaloes provide everyday earning through eggs, milk and manure, flowers weekly, vegetables quarterly, fruits are sold once in six months and so on. Manure for the crops is produced at the farm itself through vermin compost, Bio Nutrient management system, Gobar gas.

We are selling of Agriculture land of 24 Cents (one unit) as Undivided share (UDS).
Will have 20 years of Lease Agreement from the Land Owner.
We undertake cultivation of crops & farming, in the land sold to buyers, at our own
cost .
The products yielded from the process will be sold to all buyers of Land at cost price.
The product stock in excess available with us will be sold in the open market price.
The Net-profit gained through the sale of product will be shared to the land owners as
their Return on Investment (RoI).
During the Lease Period, the land owners can also facilitate for a buy-back offer on
5th/10th/15th year at prevailing market price.
