Login for Returning Users Registration for New Users
This takes you to the Member Access Login Page. (CLICK) First time users should click on « Create Account » and follow the instructions. It is important that a user’s address is already on file with us at RI. If a user is unsure whether or not their address is on file, we recommend that they speak with their club’s secretary or CDS representative. Add/Terminate Members Update Meeting Time/Location
Report Incoming Officers Access Semiannual Report (SAR) For instance, “Club Administration” is where current club presidents, secretaries and (if applicable) executive secretaries/directors can perform their administrative duties. For instance, (CLICK) they can add or terminate members; (CLICK) Update the club meeting time or physical location; (CLICK) Report next year’s officers; and (CLICK) access the Semiannual Report Documents. Clubs and Districts track goals and progress
Identify membership initiatives, hours of service, dollars spent on projects, giving to The Rotary Foundation (CLICK) It also gives you access to Rotary Club Central, a new tool (CLICK) that will empower Rotary clubs and districts to more easily track their goals and progress in key performance areas. Rotary Club Central allows clubs (CLICK) to enter information about their membership initiatives, hours of service, dollars spent on projects and Rotary Foundation giving. We’ll go in to more in depth in just a few minutes. (CLICK) District 6000 Assembly 6 6

You can also access Rotary Showcase, an online tool to help Rotarians share information and pictures of their service projects, telling the world about all the good Rotary is doing in the world. Clubs can add their projects via Member Access, but the tool is also linked to the Rotary Website. In addition, it can be connected to a Facebook account and shared through various other social media. (CLICK) District 6000 Assembly 7 7

This next section –available to club leadership- allows you to find reports generated by The Rotary Foundation, regarding both the club and district. More, detailed information will be given at this afternoon’s breakout session on The Rotary Foundation. (CLICK) District 6000 Assembly 8 8

“Learn” gives you access to a wealth of online training modules, for example about the new Rotary Foundation Grants Model, RI’s Strategic Plan, or how to run a successful club. (CLICK) District 6000 Assembly 9 9

“Register for Meetings” is an area specific to the meetings and conventions held by Rotary International. If anyone is planning on attending the 2013 Convention in Lisbon, this section of Member Access is where you need to go to register! (CLICK )Another interesting tool in Member Access is the function “Search the official Directory”, where you can find the contact details of club presidents and secretaries of all Rotary clubs worldwide. In combination (CLICK) with the free Rotary Club Locator App for smartphones, this is a very practical tool for Rotarians who want to contact or visit Rotary clubs abroad.
