1 What does reporting accomplish?
Celebrates successes Communicates accomplishments to TRF Demonstrates good use of TRF funds Provides transparency Government requirements Offers lessons learned FROM KARL - It would be nice to tell clubs what lead time they should consider to allow for staff review.  Our clubs have been trapped many time by sending in the report before the due date but have it deemed late because it has not been reviewed by staff.  It is a small point but if we can get them accustomed to the issue it can reduce a point of tension that arises when we get the quarterly Stewardship Report and I have to chip at them about late reports.

2 Reporting Reporting Due Dates Progress reports are due at least every twelve months for the life of the project Final Report is due within two months of the project’s completion Note: Reports must be complete in order to be accepted by TRF

3 Reporting Progress Report Narrative online statement Bank statement
Note: Bank statement supporting NIL utilization can also be submitted in instance when the grant funds were not spent by the date of reporting period.

4 Reporting Final Report
Narrative online statement with project outcomes Bank statement/ Bank Pass Book in original or photocopy Original or photocopies of bills of payment/ expense vouchers Beneficiary Information – newspaper clippings, letter of appreciation, etc Refund or interest accrued (if any)

5 Reporting Eligibility Affected by Reporting If sponsors do not comply with reporting requirements, they will not be eligible to receive future grants.

6 Reporting Remember that reports are a great way to tell about the success of your project ! You are the stewards of Grant Funds

8 International Sponsors are waived from reporting going forward
GREAT NEWS! While BOTH sponsors of a Global Grant are required to submit reports, the International Sponsor, provided that the grant funds were sent to the host sponsor, will be WAIVED from reporting. What does this mean?
