Supplementary Figure 2. Example pilot in silico network meta-analysis of using gene sets*. (A) In silico analyses was conducted by using gene lists in AR and TOL genes. Each subpanel represents a result of Gene Ontology (GO) molecular function bioinformatics analysis. Each circle represents an enriched pathway associated with a gene-set library pathway. The annotated circles are overlapped enriched terms with both gene lists and colored in cyan blue. The lighter cyan blue, statistically more meaningful the circle is. Every annotated circle is statistically significant. The white or lighter cyan blue circles are under p-value 0.01 while gray or darker cyan blue circles are under p-value (B) Each subpanel represents a result of PPI hub proteins analysis in AR and TOL genes. Each circle represents an enriched hub protein associated with each condition. The annotated cyan circles are shared enriched hub proteins in both conditions.
