5. Committee Elections Elections March 2013
Announcement will be sent out 28 days in advance.
Tenure of position - 12 months.
Nominees for committee members come from the members and nominees for co-leads from the new committee members.
Nominations should occur 3 weeks prior to election.
Nominees can withdraw before election by notifying co-leads via .

6. Elections (cont.) Committee member elections held via email.
Co-lead elections held during committee meeting once new committee is elected.
Each SAUG member will have 1 vote.
3 Weeks to cast your vote.
Each member will be invited to cast their vote.
Election decision will be made on a majority (It is assumed not all members will cast a vote.

7. Next Meeting Next F2F March 2013
Members will be notified 28 days in advance.
